The Tremix electric motor-in-head poker vibrators are reliable and easy to service. The components, few in number, are easy to replace in your own workshop. The vibrator heads are available in four diameters: 40, 48, 56 and 65 mm. The pokers may be supplied with special cable length up to 25 m. The poker head and the end cap are made of induction hardened, special steel. The EX poker vibrators are equipped with oil lubricated ball bearings. Oil lubrication ensures a better durability than lubrication with grease. Thermic protection on all phases protects the winding of the electric motor against damage caused by overheating. In addition to that, the insulation class of the winding is high. The input cables to the poker are sealed in order to prevent water from entering the poker. The special cable is flexible, light, multiwired, cold-resistant and durable. As the switch box is round it does not stick to obstacles during casting. The rubber protection of the switch prevents water and concrete from entering the switch box
