The Tremix Maxivib is a handy poker vibrator, particularly suitable for vibrating thin concrete layers with light reinforcement, columns and for a wide range of concrete jobs. Maxivib consists of an electric drive unit, a flexible shaft and a vibrator head with a rotating eccentric weight. The robust drive unit is safely insulated and powered by a single-phase electric motor, connected to a normal, earthed wall socket outlet for 230 V, or 110 V single phase. The flexibe drive consists of a strong rubber casing with a rotating flexible inner core. The inner core is greased with a special heatresistant grease. The eccentric shaft of the poker head is journalled with two over-dimensioned, grease-lubricated ball bearings. The end cap of the poker is exchangeable. The change of the flexible shaft is easy. Thanks to the quick-action coupling, no tool is required. The Tremix Maxivib is service-friendly.
