The final accuracy of a concrete floor surface depends very much on the care with which track rails and rail supports are set to level.

The Tremix Track Rail System is used for most types of concrete slab casting. The system, which consista of rectangular hollow steel sections with fixed or free-standing rails supports, is robust to tolerate the stresses from the surface vibrator. The rail are adjustable for perfect levelling. Each building site has its specific problems as to placing of rails. The combinable Tremix System make it possible to solve a multiplicity of problems in various site conditions. We recomended the use of Tremix Outriggers together with the Tremix Track Rail System for optimum result
