The Tremix power trowels G903B and G 1203 B with petrol engine are intended for floating and trowelling newly placed concrete surfaces. The working speed (output shaft speed) is sleeplessly variable from 60 to 115 r.p.m., which ensures a high performance both at floating and trowelling. The power transmission is carried out through a belt gear with V-belt to a worm gear. A tension roll keeps the V-belt always properly tensioned. The gear is permanent-lubricated and therefore maintenance-free. The handle is of ergonomically correct design with all controls easily accessible from the driving position. If the operator loses the control over the machine, the machine stops immediately. The operating handle is of square tube for\good stability at work. On the front side of the guard ring there is a high and large carrying handle for manual raising or to act as a support when the machine is tilted for change or cleaning of working tools. There are three different tools available: A floating disc (G 903 B) to be hooked on the trowelling blades, floating blades (G1203 B) and trowelling blades of special steel. The change of the blade angle is made with an adjustment wheel on the handle. The trowelling blades are reversible for double life.
